Artist Salon: for Commercial/Non For Profit Buyers on 9/22/26

I am pleased to partner with SomerCor for this Salon. We are going to learn more about SBA loans, SBIF program, DPAP and the Opportunity fund.

We will be joined by Jonah Rapino an awardee of the Opportunity Fund Grant program and The Chicagoland Chamber for more about the Small Business Development Center.

Plus, learning about the loan programs that SomeCor administers and the down payment assistance that is available to businesses.

This is mostly geared toward business owners, but the Opportunity Fund and the SBIF program are more flexible and can be used in conjunction with some commercial space and some rentals too depending on criteria.
